No fix, no fee. We will tell you what is wrong with your Desktop or Laptop before fixing it. If parts are needed then you can order them yourself, or we will order them for you on a site of your choic - no markups, no scalping on prices. There is no minimum charge and we will agree a price before we start working.

Unless you need specialist components that we don't have in stock, then most jobs are done same day or by 09:00 the next day. No probls (or extra charges!) working late or working weekends to get it done, and we don't charge a premium for express service. It's all done 'less haste, more speed'.
